Want to improve your running, but not just by running?! A great way to improve your running is by cross training - doing exercise OTHER than running can result in a stronger, leaner body which will respond better to the demands of running and potentially reduce injury risk. Jane offers classes in Winslow which are perfect to help improve your core strength, speed and stamina  - all of which will help you become a better runner.

In particular, Insanity, Bootcamp and Kettlebells will help improve all-over body strength, power and muscular endurance, which are key to successful running. Fitness Pilates is also a great class for core strength and flexibility, and often includes some running-specific stretches to benefit us in particular :-)  Any questions about anything just get in touch.
